Denied Customizable Keycards

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds the ability to get a picture approved as a backdrop to your keycard. The name and contents of the card would stay the same but the backdrop can be customizable. However it would have to be approved by an admin who could apply it to your card.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More customization of your character.
Adds another way including pac to differentiate your character and give it some life and personality.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Most likely difficult to code? I do not know as I am not a coder

I think you can do this with PAC, I just don't know how.

As long as the information on the custom card is the same as on your regular card you can replace it with pac

I don't see why this should be added as a feature; realistically, unless you're anyone 'special', you have no reason to change your keycard. All I see this being used for is to add stupid images to your card's background

-Support This offers more customizability but I do not believe it is worth the development resources. A key card is going to be standardized and in RP, like previously mentioned, would not be altered unless the individual was someone special. I am sure some people would take the images seriously but most will likely put some inappropriate memes.

You know what, skins for keycards that in practice work just like vGuns skins, and look similar to how custom debit cards are IRL.

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

We believe adding this feature isn't beneficial or necessary. You can already achieve this using PAC3, as long as it doesn't change the fundamentals of the keycard and isn't in violation of server rules or inappropriate keycards.

This would also increase SL duties for an unnecessary change, checking x image every day for something that will mostly be used by the individual, where others wouldn't care or pay attention to a keycard with a black/white/custom E11 image.
