Denied D-block Vents

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Response here] It would stop GSD from actively camping a tight, narrow vent-space which only d-class with guns can essentially kill, It's a very unfair thing would not expect GSD to camp in vents when there is absolutely no reason, especially since d-class would think that to be the only other route they can take to try to get out of d-block.

D-block is meant to be hard to escape. A d-class shouldn't be able to leisurely walk out of d-block and have little-no resistance. This isn't Roblox SCP where every d-class has a minigun.

D-class can't easily get out of d-block no matter what, just disallowing gsd who have no reason to sit in vents and actually camp for like 30 minutes just sit in there, that's stupid, Like earlier today, I remember a GSD actively sitting in vents, 20 minutes later, He's still there, No code within that time.

There's literally no good roleplay that comes from sitting in vents to shoot someone instead of actually roleplaying.

Chief of Security here, I heavily disagree. While vents is another method of escaping it is within Security's right to check the vents for hacking or when D-Class start entering vents. It also doesn't help when D-Class relentlessly break NLR and proceed to rush the vent with little to no reason to only get gunned down again (I have had this happened, funny story almost caught a MRDM ban cause an admin thought I bombed a tribunal). My advice is once D-Class notice someone is camping vents, leave it alone for some time so they go away. Trust me, very few, if anyone is gonna camp that vent for 20 or more minutes for one kill

GSD usually shoots d-class without any warnings which is why D-class would rather run to 914 instead of immediately dying by GSD who do not think

In my opinion this feels like it should be an in-character ISD issue. I'm not exactly sure what charge it would be, but sitting in a vent doesn't sound productive to the Security Department operations if there isn't an active situation.
