What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds when d class escapes the foundation they should be able to buy civilian clothes from the outside world. (could be gas station?)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
They don't have to be a slave of CI every time they escape
It gives them a chance to RP outside.
It gives D Class a purpose to escape.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I don't think there can be anything negative.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is essential and brings nothing but RP for escaped Class D personnel. I'm just not sure about the location other than that I think this should've been already in the game.

As GOC we've tried to create a D-Class reintegration program for escapees where we wipe their memories of Foundation life and previous crimes and make them believe they've been a resident of Pinewood their whole life.

But staff usually deny our request to have them remodeled to a civilian. :(
This addition would open up more potential for surface RP and cool interactions. More D-Class on surface= more RP for Ranger to arrest criminals if they break the law, more RP for parawatch to find info from them, more RP for CI to get potential recruits/cannon fodder, more RP for GOC to interact with them, etc. The possibilities are pretty open-ended.

+support would allow for interesting rp if dclass can rp correctly such as a bunch of dclass has escaped and dea are disguising amongst civilians to catch them out
