What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Sorting out the lack of enforcement regarding D-Class Fearrp in UK servers especially.

As of now, Staff don't really enforce it and neither do GSD care because they're new players. So I think we should just accept that D-Class can't be fearrp'd.

I was going to make a spin-off that you have to be a certain level however even then, it would be poorly enforced.

This was the spin-off idea:
Level-XX and above can not be fearrp'd as despite foundation attempts, this D-Class has enough experience and grown out of proportion from Normal Amnestics that he has realised he will not leave, and will continue to be tested with deadly SCPs.

However since it can't really be enforced either except if they are angry enough to level-check a class-d and call staff

So I just propose getting rid of D-Class Fearrp.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
N/A

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Rules are not enforced on D-Class regarding Fearrp therefore just eliminating the pointless hassle.
+ New players getting more breath ability as D-Class, don't want them meeting the one-time GSD who will report them for fearrp whilst other D-Class who are experienced get away with it.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Pain in the arse to interrogate D-Class and weaponcheck during sweeps however you can probably just shoot them if they refuse.
- Most problems can be sorted out with two bullets in the head if they refuse to comply.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

It's not an enforced rule, it's likely not going to be enforced even further with effort. These are new players and experienced players combined and getting rid of it doesn't mean much as most solutions by GSD are done with two bullets to the head.

Counter Counter point: The D-Class will be killed by a guard if they refuse to test. They might survive the test they are in. There is a greater power in the dclass getting killed by a guard for refusing, as its a guaranteed death. A test is not a guaranteed death, making it not fail rp.
I'm talking more for tests where it's like, they're throwing D-Class in with things like 173, 682, 049, etc. Like, very dangerous, very scary, very threatening things.

Counter Counter Counter point: There is a point when it comes to testing that d class can use common sense that they have better odds trying to escape then Dealing with scp that will obviously kill them, especially if the test are just dumb (EX: only 1 d class is entering 173 chambers, Getting told to enter 457 room when sprinklers are clearly still off and researchers are refusing to turn them on or just seeing a giant lizard or 106)

Counter Counter Counter Counter point: D-Class dont know about this information IC, if a dclass is taken to a scp, they get told the bare minimum on how to survive, ae they will survive in their mind if they follow the instructions of the researcher. Yes, 173 requires 3 people, but if the researcher tells the dclass it only requires 1, theres no way for that dclass to know only 1 would kill (unless they hadn't died, then that makes this argument useless). Also its scp rp, the design of d-class are to partake in tests, regardless of how dangerous that test is. They can refuse or die, they can accept and have the possibility of dying, that is their role and imo, the guarenteed death is a far worse fear rp situation than the posibility of death, regardless of the testing circumstances and what may or may not cause your death in that test.
