The D-class janitor skin, practically identical to technician janitor skin except for color change and removing of the key card. It makes sense you don't have janitors and you're using D-class Personnel to clean 173 why not clean the rest of LCZ When permitted and escorted.

Lore: D-Class complaining how dirty it is? Scared of getting influenza or any other disease related to filth and contamination? Well I present to you the d-class janitorial program, there's trash all over the place! and who's going to clean it the cadets, the technicians, the doctors? no no no, the d-class with approval and time taken off their sentence in exchange for their hard labor, the class will be lining up to make sure this place is clean as a whistle.

already approved pac but i get what you mean for that a (get around) that looks cooler to and wouldnt get yelled at also if this gets denied go into the pac and just go to the model and remove it and set it to scout model or look up "prisoner" or "dclass" and choose any of the current models or the quest model to make it look even cooler and just be a dclass with a belt with all your supplies and removing the card of course.
