What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Instead of making it so that you cannot disguise a Type Blue at all, make it so that if you class F a Type Blue and disguise them, they must abide by the Fear rp of the job they are disguised as. I think this would be the fairest while still allowing a reward for capturing a D-class TB. Also allows them to still do cool stuff with their abilities

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Type Blues have additional stuff to do with other units (Like A-1, O-1 or whoever else classes Fs them)
The thing that has been done for at least a year isn't just randomly no longer allowed...
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Foundation get a combative type Blue
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This Suggestion should be accepted on the merit that type blues should be able to be Class F-D. I understand the recent issue that was made. From my knowledge, disguising them makes it hard to detect them, which messes with the fear RP system of the server. Thus, instead of completely removing something LE/FISA and maybe other units too, so the issue is rectified.
