What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?: |
Easily my extensive coe knowledge i have read the coe extensively and read it alot proof of this is my job as an exec where i have to deal with people who rule break and minge alot i have become adept at speaking to them calmly getting the truth im usually lenient and instead teach them what they did wrong and how they can improve upon what they did whether it be unethical tests or wasting dclass lives i always strive to help instead of give out.
Another thing i am a rrt sergeant as well which although i may be inactive on the job and rarely get on when i am on i always make sure my rrt officers are ethical and giving the appropriate amount of warnings and killing as a last resort i have lead many sweeps and make sure no dclass are being killed for no reason.
As an internal affairs agent i have dealt with many situations mainly the mingy chef where they are abusing their power holding keycard that they are not allowed to be or in rare circumstances they are using 914 and letting dclass go in there and get disguises and guns both situations i have dealt with
I have held many jobs that deal with ethics violations whether is be gensec internal affairs or being an executive Researcher for a department i have dealt with many ethics violations and continue to do so and i wish i can help others and let them become ethical members of the community i'm active and genuinely do try and do my best whenever i can and that is sincere from me.
I believe im always able to see the best in people whether it be the ci who does not rp or the server wide minge that everyone hates i can always see the willingness to improve and help them to become better whether it be showing them the ropes of a job they are in giving them advice and teaching them and being a role model all of which i have done atleast one time i have seen the worst in some people and myself when i joined the server just to constantly minge and mess around and break rules without a care in the world i can always see how someone could improve what they did wrong.
My dedication i am very dedicated to every job i am in exec where im on any job i play i do my best no matter what and i always want to improve no matter how small it is i like to change it to become a better person whether it be my frequency to call sits which i am currently changing and i have gotten better for it anything that comes up i will want to change it and adapt which believe it or not everyday when i join the server i look at ways to change and be better and that is what i always strive for and continue to strive for.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?: |
The ethics committee assistant carries out tasks that the ethics committee or the director tasks of the ethics committee orders the assistant to do; the ethics assistant may also watch over an entire department for unethical behavior if ordered they may also watch a single personnel if ordered to.
The ethics committee assistant also ensures the Code of Ethics is being followed to the highest degree within cl4 personnel ia deals with cl3 personnel ethics committee assistant will make sure the cl4 personnel follow the coe to the highest regard.
Examples of assisting the ethics committee may be an ethics member going offline and the ethics member giving a important document that needs to be delivered to the assistant and they will hand it to the relevant people the ethics assistant may also reach over to ethics members over discord IF IMPORTANT if its a serious issue and ethics assistant can reach over discord to an ethics member to get the issue solved

Darren Laurens born 19██ in a small town population ███ this is where Darren lived for most of his life in a family of 3 with 2 parents and himself Darren's father was the police chief and Darren grew up with a strong sense of justice and punishing those who did wrong Darren did well in school not amazing but not terrible and worked for a police department outside of his hometown due to Darrens clean record and family history he decided that he should apply for somewhere else his uncle who as far as he knew worked for the government said the facility he was working at had a spot open for internal affairs Darren accepted this invitation without question.
Darren attended his interview in a big government building when Darren arrived he was instantly blindfolded was being dragged through the corridors Darren said '' Wait What the fuck LET ME GO what the hell are you doing? '' armed guards told Darren ''KEEP QUIET if you do not we are going to gag you '' Darren listened to this order and kept his mouth shut after arriving Darren was unblindfolded and restrained to the chair and asked ''So Darren Laurens before you can work at this facility i need to give you the crucial rundown of what happens here'' *After about 2 days of being informed of what he will be doing and the coe Darren was assigned a cl2 and was told he was an assistant to ia agents that he may follow them around and help them with whatever duties he is assigned Darrens salary was already sorted out before he entered the facility Darren after being informed of the SCP foundation got to work at his new job.
Darren after a while on the job and stunning work as an assistant was given authorisation from the director of internal affairs that he may go from a cl2 assistant to a fully fledged agent this is due to Darrens exceptional work and Darren would no longer need to go to a senior position like gensec sergeant to progress Darren on his 9th year on the job as a ia agent Darren encountered a chef who used 914 to get a cl5 clearance card Darren never heard of a cl5 but Darren mobilized search parties to look for the missing chef the chef was spotted running towards a restricted area Darren was given authorisation to enter the area to get the chef Darren encountered the chef running towards the onsite nuke and the chef was tackled by Darren and placed in handcuffs due to this incident Darren was recognized by site command and the site director after this incident the chef was handled by alpha 1 and Darren realizing he wished to do more in the foundation and deal large foundation wide issues believed his large amount of experience made him suited for the task of a site command assistant Darren got in contact with site command and applied for the position of Ethics assistant
