Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes a bunch of rdm warns 4 of them were on friends and admins jumped in when they weren't wanted nor needed but thats all
Why should you be unbanned: I shouldn't have been banned in the first place I was warned for what I was told was failrp but they banned me for rdm and I have a handful of warns that never should've happened
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I can't but I can do my best not to
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because I want to play in the community with the friends I've made in it

Hello, I am the staff member who issued you the RDM warning.
To explain, I received a clip from a player who reported you for FailRP/RDM which shows you as a researcher going into airlock at your own will stabbing people who didn't pose a threat to you at all. You weren't given a FearRP warning due to me believing the RDM ban was sufficient and I didn't want to add additional punishment to the situation. I spoke to more than one person who also provided clips but I am unable to remember nor provide their clips only the original providing clip.

Though looking back at the only providing clip that I can display it might have been better to only issue the FailRP warn.

I was in airlock when they started shooting and I couldn't really safely leave at that point I was in the airlock trying to ask someone a question
I understand why I was warned and hope you have a good day

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing all the information given, this would not classify as RDM. RDM means you killed someone randomly or without reason. In the clip provided, there is an apparent reason for you killing the D-class, that being that they had a weapon. You ran up to them and started knifing them as a researcher making this FailRP as you being a researcher should not be getting into combatant situations.

I will be fully reducing your ban as well as removing it from your record. For the future please do not run into situations where you could get hurt as a non-combatant.
