What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[allow you to sell scrap to other players so there will be a dealer in the showers called scrap trader or something and you can give scrap for a certain amount of money or something]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[it would make lazy bastards like me be able to buy scrap instead of get it myself
would keep d class busy]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[cant think of any]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[because it will save people time ]

Current scrap system is in place so it takes time for (most) folk to build up scrap before they start causing trouble. With server economy as it is right now, if anyone could just buy scrap then D-Block would always be in a riot state.

either that or add some jobs d class can do for some scrap like the get keycard ones get some scrap instead of xp or clean toilet for scrap add another way

-Support, this would not add anything positive to the game, it would be tampering with a nigh-perfect system. I have never heard a single player complain about the way D-Class is played, and I think as it stands the balance between GENSEC and D-Class is good.

If you aren't prepared to play the game properly, then you don't get to reap the rewards.

I like the idea but also a cool down would be a good idea like make it so only when guns are available you can buy scrap

+support | I think people forget how hard it is to farm scrap when the server is full constantly, this would be a great addition into helping new players learn how to do more than research
