PAC Requesting Approval
Reason: Dean has worked for medical for quite sometime and wanted to try something new. As he was performing a medical procedure he got infected with an unknown virus that cause skin depletion. This injury is not fixable from many different medical procedures and many different of SCP bio chemicals. Because of the harm he got from medical, he has found a new Career within External Affairs which is still dangerous, but not has bad of an injury he has received within medical debarment. This type of equipment he wears keeps him from feeling pain on his skin, he has many different types of drugs running through his system just to not feel pain. Just mere air can feel like hot needles digging into his skin.
