B]What does this suggestion change/add/remove:[/B]
Make a rule where riot sergeant and officers cannot tranq a person if they are in combat(being shot at) or if the person that they are trying to tranq is in combat
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Makes more sense
-encourages people to be more tactical with the tranq instead of trying to do a Kamikaze moment
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-gensec will have to use a brain cell to use tranq now
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
tranquilizing someone while being shot at makes no sense as they wouldn't be able to shoot properly and would most likely miss or hit someone else. It also makes no sense for someone to rush with a tranq to 10 armed people shooting them, as they would get dusted by lead before they can pull the trigger. Accepting this suggestion will allow will bring more common sense in the server and an expansion with tactics gensec can make as they will not be allowed to tranq people who are shooting them or are in combat.
