Hello “Heinz”, I have not seen you around site ever, and I have no idea who you are. Under those circumstances, I have no way of gauging your maturity or seriousness on the server. Your application is severely lacking in detail as well, it seems more like you just wrote the application in five minutes then actually putting effort into it. If I were you, I’d try to become more well known in the server like joining an MTF unit or becoming more well known in a different department and become a positive face around site so others can properly gauge how you are as a person and gauge your maturity levels.
