"I have fifteen minutes before three different researchers come to stampede into my office explaining why their proposal for an office jacuzzi filled with 999 matter benefits the foundation. We'll need to keep this brief.
"Right, to begin. My name is Cornelius Darby, acting Director of research here at Site-65. I've been in this position long enough to understand the inner workings of nearly every department by now, save for what happens behinds closed doors on floor three. In my tenure I have seen department leaders come and go, watched wars begin and end in fire and calm, and have seen at least seven different attempted assassinations on myself and my superiors. My efforts to placate and ingratiate myself with neutral GOI influences speaks for itself, and I am so utterly versed in departmental policy I could practically spit it as a viscous muck. And yes, I am well aware that I possess the physical countenance of a basenji hound. Check the logs for Incident Report 33-E if you want details on the incident, I simply don't-"

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I can think of a litany of reasons, but I will boil it down to the most important.
- I have almost 5 months of experience working as Director of Research, and all the fracas that comes with the territory.
- Two months working as an Executive before I moved up, for a total of 7 months of CL4 experience.
- Being professional while acting in the pursuit of foundation goals comes second nature to me by now.
- I've got experience writing in-game documents just as much as I do creating and editing external ones.
- Administrative duties would actually be less intensive than what I already do now, and have no qualms with adding some spice to my day-to-day.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Receiving and carrying out orders at the behest of an Overseer(s).
- Observing and reporting on the efficiency departments exhibit in the completion of their tasks.
- Providing authorization for certain emergency powers such as AA regarding MTF regiments when required.
- Acting under Overseer orders when it would be otherwise dangerous for the Overseers themselves to be present.
