Disallow Goats to buy or unholster weapons

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Less monkeys buying guns as goats besides when events
Less MRDMs
Less Failrp

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None besides Goat not being able to pull out a Stinger after getting KOSd

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
No more IRA goats
