Accepted DoEA Surface Missions

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
While on any Department of External Affairs job you will be able to see Surface Missions.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
- Gives DoEA access to Surface Mission rewards (e.g. Weapon/Hacking Upgrades, Money, and XP)
- Allows DoEA Operatives assist Nu-7 more easily.
- Another opportunity to take part in any activity while on guard at surface.
- More opportunities for combat from DoEA/CI.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Possible could disrupt relations between Server Factions.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Wouldn't see why DoEA wouldn't be able to see Surface Missions or take part in them as they are tasked with dealing with external issues/tasks also when finding this out I was genuinely surprised as Beta-1 could see Surface Missions but DoEA couldn't see them. The positives on this suggestion really do outweigh the negatives of this suggestion but if there are any negatives that I didn't acknowledge comment about it.
