- In order to broaden my knowledge and range of responsibilities I would like to become the Director. I also want to see a shift within IA that benefits and guides the organization as a whole. In addition I adore the Department as a whole and hope to guide it into the future while seeing it flourish.
- What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
- My dedication to Internal Affairs is the main reason I believe that I am qualified for the position of Director of Internal Affairs. I demonstrate that just because someone works in law enforcement doesn't mean they can't enjoy themselves while doing it by being involved, professional, and still having fun. I would like to assist the agent and current and future ambassadors by sharing my experience with them. I have learned a lot over the months that I have been on this server, including how to deal with situations where people don't do what they should and it leads to widespread confusion or when they are punished when they only need a little assistance.
- What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:
- Directly communicate with the Ethics division promptly reporting any issues that may arise within the Internal Affairs branch.
- Serve as the representative of IA emphasizing professionalism in all interactions while maintaining a balance that allows for a positive and enjoyable work environment.
- Evaluate and make decisions on new ambassador applications, determining their suitability for joining the team.
- Fulfill standard Internal Affairs responsibilities including making arrests and addressing issues involving groups of individuals.
- Execute ambassadorial duties which involve handling rogue IA agents and facilitating the training of new recruits.
- Oversee the department and its ambassadors ensuring smooth management and coordination.
- Address instances of unprofessional conduct or actions that may tarnish the reputation of IA both within the department and externally.

"Dolus" whose full name is James Cloak was born into the heartland of Wichita Kansas on October 26 2000. Growing up in the heart of the United States he developed a strong sense of justice from an early age instilled in him by his parents. His father, a respected figure in law enforcement, served as an inspiration for young James.
Despite his youth Dolus's dedication to fairness and his unwavering commitment to upholding the law quickly earned him a stellar reputation among his peers. Excelling academically he pursued higher education and in due course earned his degree paving the way for a future in law enforcement. Fueled by a desire to follow in his father's footsteps Dolus set his sights on joining the Wichita Police Department.
His career trajectory within the department was nothing short of impressive. Dolus's knack for cracking difficult cases and his impeccable judgment elevated him through the ranks ultimately reaching the esteemed position of Lieutenant. Colleagues and superiors alike recognized his exceptional talents and he became known for his meticulous attention to detail.
However Dolus’s life took an unexpected turn when enigmatic figures in impeccable suits claiming affiliation with an organization known only as "The Foundation '' approached him. This encounter occurred shortly after his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant marking a critical juncture in his career.
During a meeting Dolus was questioned about his interest in becoming an agent within The Foundation's Internal Affairs branch. The nature of their work was shrouded in mystery but Dolus, driven by his sense of duty and the pursuit of justice cautiously considered the proposition. The stakes were high and he was warned that refusing the offer would result in the administration of a drug that would erase all memory of the encounter.
Skeptical at first Dolus weighed the potential consequences against the opportunity to serve a cause greater than himself. Ultimately he agreed to join The Foundation making a pact that would alter the course of his life forever.
Following his acceptance Dolus was whisked away in a nondescript van to an undisclosed location. The site became the epicenter of his new role within The Foundation where he would use his skills as a seasoned law enforcement officer to navigate the enigmatic world of internal investigations secrecy and the pursuit of hidden truths. Little did he know that this decision would lead him down a path filled with intrigue danger and a deeper understanding of the shadows that lurk beneath the surface of the world he once thought he knew.
