Denied Door code addition for Captain/CoS office

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a door code to the Security Captain/Chief of Security office.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Yes, a few weeks ago a suggestion was made for UK to have armory and door codes, their armory suggestion was accepted but their door code suggestion was not. This time, the main focus of the suggestion is the door codes, and it would apply to both servers.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Disguised D-class will not be able to enter our spawn area
Our documents will not be stolen
We can actually have private conversations without random CL4 entering because they want armor

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
CL4 combatives upset that they can't have easy access to an armory

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Although the Security Captain spawn is the same as the Chief of Security spawn, this doesn't change the fact that our office is the only Sr. CL4 office to not have a door code. Regularly we will see random Jr. CL4, both combative and not, enter our spawn to use our armory just because they're too lazy to walk all the way up to Security Sector. It also doesn't help that our spawn has huge windows, so that everybody can see inside, and check if we are there or not so they can go and grab armor.

Along with our own GSD leadership, I have also talked to the UK Dpt. Chiefs about this, and they have both agreed with the suggestion.

Note that we do not want our armory removed, only the door code added. If the 2 cannot coexist together, then so be it, we'll keep the uncoded door and the armory.
