Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted? Only on MRP for an unrelated incident
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: only AFK kicks on SCP RP
What is your side of the story?: I had lost my confidence I had while staff on MRP so I was highly nervous during mentoring and made a few mistakes/got confused in a few sit's. along with it taking 2 weeks due to busyness/origional mentor having issues and leaving staff team for other reasons
Why should you return / what will you change?: I am still determined to become a member of staff on SCP RP and hope to gain my confidence back through experience with the SCP team along with better understanding of the rules and how this server works. Also i am off for a week due to holidays

I've seen nothing of how you are staff in-game, but I've seen you helping out in the discord lots and never put a foot wrong. The fact that you're so determined to rejoin the team to help out and improve should definitely be commended.
