Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? And why?: I have received warnings in the Past. However, I have taken those situations seriously and have made an effort to learn from my mistakes and improve my behavior.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant? I believe I would be a strong candidate because I have experience within the foundation and understand how important professionalism, communication, and chain of command are. I can remain calm during serious situations, communicate with different departments, and make decisions without letting personal opinions interfere with RP.
I also want to contribute more to the server than simply playing a combat role. As an Overseer Assistant, I would be able to help create meaningful RP, assist Overseer operations, and give other players storylines and situations they can actually participate in.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: Overseer Assistants are responsible for assisting the Overseer Council with their duties and helping carry out their decisions within RP. They can assist with investigations, supervise Foundation operations, communicate with departments, handle sensitive situations, and help maintain the Overseer's interest throughout the site.
An Assistant should also understand that their position is primarily about creating and supporting RP rather than abusing their authority. They should remain professional, follow the chain of command, and use their position to create interesting situations for other players.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?: I want to become an Overseer Assistant because I want to experience a different side of Foundation RP. I've spent a lot of time around the operational and MTF side of the Foundation, and I believe that experience would allow me to bring a different perspective to the position.
I also enjoy creating storylines and interacting with different departments. I think becoming an Assistant would give me the opportunity to create more serious and long-term RP while helping the overseers and the server as a whole.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Known within the Foundation as Doug Mclovin. He began his career working alongside Foundation field personnel and eventually became heavily involved with MTF operations, particularly NU-7. His time in the field taught him that the Foundation's greatest challenges aren't always anomalies themselves. Internal conflicts, poor leadership, corruption, and disagreements between departments can be just as dangerous.
After years of gaining experience in Foundation operations. Doug Mclovin caught the attention of the Overseer administration. Rather than simply being another operative in the field, he was brought into the Overseer structure as an Assistant.
Doug Mclovin's role would involve investigating suspicious Foundation activity, observing department leadership, assisting with high-level investigations, and occasionally working alongside MTF units when an operation requires Overseer Involvement.
