What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changes the player's GPS indicator colour (similar to when players die) for when they get downed.
Has something similar been suggested before?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows teammates to see when other people are downed and where they are on the map easily to revive them.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
You might not want to see other downed players

Just a small addition but could be useful in wars
