I think all the people giving +Supports should give you a clue as to "Literally who" this guy is.
Lore could use some work but is GOOD.
Current Research Directors are kind of INACTIVE so the "spelling mistakes" I think can be overlooked in return for having a DOR that's actually somewhat present on the site, because unlike you, most people know who Shady Dave is.

Ultimately, I give this a big +Support Current directorship is inactive, needs to be replaced ASAP.

Dave is very active around site, all my interactions with him are incredibly positive (despite the majority of them being about 008 tests...) as he is very professional and friendly.

The research department definitely needs someone like him atm, who can take a hands on approach to improving rp.
