Authorization : Certificate of Competency for Non-Domestic Animals (Serpent ; Atheris hispida | Spiny Bush Viper)
History : According to redacted documents from the Imperial Archives of Tsar Nicholas Alexandrovich Romanov, Viktor Kizel (PoI-3560) was born in 1865 in the village of Vels, in the current Krasnovishersky District. Both parents, if any, remain unidentified. Certain classified GRU-P documents imply that PoI-3560 was one of the first occult acolytes of Grigori Rasputin during his pilgrimages in Siberia. This strong professional and esoteric bond between the two individuals led PoI-3560 to assume a major role in the Tsar's esoteric research efforts from 1888 to 1898 during the Occult Interwar Period.Expedition reports (GoI-A19-001-SAR) detail the prior existence of an occult lodge within the Tsar's Court, named "Путь хлыстов" (The Way of the Khlysts). This lodge was allegedly composed primarily of Christian sectarians before PoI-3560 began replacing its members with sleeper agents from GoI Alpha-019, or "Wanderers". The means used by PoI-3560 to gather such a number of Wanderers in such a short timeframe remain unknown. In 1901, following three years of internal reform within the Lodge, under the orders of Tsar Nicholas Alexandrovich Romanov, the esoteric cell embarked on a study project regarding Fundamental Aztec Thaumaturgy. This led the Tsarist Lodge and PoI-3560 to travel to the confines of Central America from 1902 to 1904 alongside several other European esoteric elements, primarily a detachment from GoI-004B "The Cogwork Orthodox Church" and GoI-0385 "The Esoteric Order of the White Worm" (Fehér Féreg Ezoterikus Rend). The code for this exceptional collaboration between these groups is elaborated upon in a Patriarch Schema document recovered from PoI-3560's personal effects (DoS-3560-IXT).
Following the discovery of a Class VI-9 psi-thaumaturgic artifact on May 14, 1904, the research effort imploded when Fervent-Militant Melchisedek of Aetolia attacked Karcist Zsófia Vörös during a heated argument regarding the anomalous object. This combat generalized throughout the entire group, causing the partial or total damage to PoI-3560's visual system detailed in Document 14-40dI-0432. ████████████ ████████████████████████ ████, ████████████ ████ ; ████████████████████████. ████████████, ████████████████████████. ████████████ ████████████████████████ ████, ████████████ ████ ; ████████████████████████. ███████ ███████████████████. ████████████████ ████████ Anastasakos Constant Temporal Sink ████████████. ████████████████ ████████ ████████████████ ████████ ████████████ ████████████████████████ ████, ████████████ ████ ; ████████████████████████. ████████████, ████████████████████████. PoI-3560 succeeded in forcing a path into the Wanderer's Library (Nx-001) via a Way located at coordinates 2° 9' 47.1816'' S and 55° 7' 35.9328'' W within the Amazon rainforest, South America, Brazil. From 1904 to 20██, PoI-3560 reappeared sporadically in certain terrestrial zones of interest, attracting the attention of several occult organizations and eventually the SCP Foundation, until a Person of Interest file was created in 1949. Following the joint operation by the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) on the Wanderer's Library and the subsequent engagement with the Serpent's Hand in 20██, the SCP Foundation appropriated several anomalous objects from within Nx-001, including living entities. This included members of GoI Alpha-19, entities native to the Wanderer's Library, Wayfarers, and other extra-dimensional entities. PoI-3560, also captured during the operation, was kept imprisoned for two (2) years at Site-45, then under the surveillance of MTF Tau-9.
On 12/01/████, Viktor Kizel agreed to work with the SCP Foundation under contract. A compliant personnel file was created to avoid suspicion and is regularly updated to adapt to current SCP Foundation working conditions and standards. His unchanged appearance is presumably caused by the anomalous laws governing the Library ; the individual himself is non-anomalous save for the thaumaturgic training from his past Paranormal Rights Activist background, in addition to his abnormal academic and occult knowledge. Medical evaluations indicate that the majority of PoI-3560's biological functions are significantly decelerated or stopped. Attributable to multidecadal residency within Nx-001 and prolonged exposure to excessive Hume concentrations, the subject's biological senescence is theorized to be temporarily or permanently suspended. To this day, PoI-3560 refuses to disclose the origin of the pseudonym Oleg Aksakov ; no link to any living or deceased person could be determined, even across the majority of available public or private archives.
The subject's contractual integration at Site-45 was ratified by High Command, in accordance with the Anomalous Asset Recruitment Directive. This decision, supported by joint recommendations from the Department of External Affairs (DEA) and the Scientific Department, was motivated by the disclosure of high-value intelligence, previously inaccessible, provided by PoI-3560 during interrogation. This conditional release facilitated the subject's assignment to the Office of Tactical Theology (Reliquary Area-27) as an archivist for the Parareligions Division for a duration of nine (9) years. This was followed by fifteen (15) years of service within the Francophone Armed Containment Zone-█████ (SZ14SR), under the jurisdiction of Site-Aleph, in the position of Scientific Supervisor. Following the permanent decommissioning of Zone-█████, and subsequent to a full audit of the security file and an update of the Loyalty Protocol, the request for international transfer to Site-65 submitted by PoI-3560 was approved by High Command. All data accumulated at Zone-█████ remains the administrative property of Site-Aleph.
OOC PART / WARNING : Rhello everyone, and thanks for reading this thread. I'm posting Oleg's story. Warning : it was originally made in French, I did use A.I to translate and help "smooth" the reading experience for everyone, since I am not very confident in my writing skills in that language. Nothing was added or created by A.I. other than the translation of my original french text. If there is anything that sounds wrong, bad wording, et cetera, please tell me and I would be happy to correct.
About the Character / PAC3 / TL;DR : An ex-member of the Serpent's Hand, born in Imperial Russia, versed in esoterical Thaumalotogy, that disappeared in the Amazonian jungle just a decade before the Communist Revolution of October 1917. The censored anomaly is linked to a indirect contact with an Aztec God from a french SCP writing that is not translated but has a big link with the Serpent's Hand : The Black Circle of Ixtab. Since they are mostly anti-memetics, consider it just a "leap" for scenaristic purposes to find a way into the Wanderer Library.
- AISB : Anomalous Individual Surveillance Bureau, or BSIA in French. The office that is responsible for anomalous personnel in France.
As an old member of the imperial tsarist court, and later erudite of the Wanderer's Library, I wanted to makes his apparences seems more "old school" and representing of someone still reminescent of a cold country, since it snowed frequently in Saint Petersburg where the Tsar held his court. Don't fear about a abuse in "USSR" patriotism, since this character is against the Communist Manifesto and what it did in 1917.
Here is the PAC3, I have a version of an heavy coat, but it can easely change into a labcoat for experiments. There is aslo a more "outsidy" undercoat for any occasion of out-of-site / dimensional exploration. Is somewhat optimized, and the model change is not made to entity but to a bonemerged model.
