- Yes, it was for ERP for telling 912 "he had a nice ass." and looking back, I did not know it was ERP, and I have learned from this.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- As a D-class For a couple months i wanted to do something more that can contribute to the foundation. So I figered that being Medical Consultant I would fit right in. Medical Consultant is more then just healing people but getting to know then. It's about maintaining site well being. This includes mental well-being, this is a very big factor on how someone can do their job.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- In my time at this foundation i've done meny work permits with medical assistant and receptionist. These work permits help a substantial amount with relieving some stress for medical staff. But with another Medical Consultant i can help out even more relieving some stress from the other Medical Consultant.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
- EST procedure
1. Get consent
2. Ask if they have been revived ones before
3. Tell them to lay down on the EST machine
4. Don't go to the Light
5. Hit the button and hope they did not lie about step 2

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:

• Maintaining Site Well Being
• Maintain Professionalism
• Training Doctors and Combat Medics
• Making sure proper protocols are met
• Approving documents

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Opening file on D-2692.

D-2692 (Duke) is the son of Hazel Astro. Hazel Astro was the research specialist for the SCP-978. When she did a test with SCP-978, a D-Class took a photo of Hazel. On the photo, Hazel watched the facility destroyed, looking not satisfied. She pressed the device that sent documents to Duke, and when he opened them, he got hit with a cognito hazard, making him black out. Redacted sent MTF Gamma-5 and MTF Delta-0 to retrieve the information and anyone that has seen it. They found the information was no longer on the computer, and Duke Astro passed out, bring him back for interrogation. Duke couldn't remember a thing, so Redacted deems it necessary to surgically augment Duke's left eye "to keep an eye on him." Duke was emesticized, forgetting his former life, and got thrown into the D-Block.

Opening CCTV footage of 07/30/2024

More than an five minutes has pasted after inciting a riot for the vending machine. When D-2692 went over to the vending machine to get a snack. when nothing came out, D-2692 stared to kick the vending machine until an Orb came out instead. All the D-class started gathering around the orb until one of them picked up the orb. That is when the strange behavior started to happen the decline started to worship the orb. The other D-class started to kill for the Orb until Orb spoke to D-2692 that he is the chosen one. Which the foundation called a riot and retrieved the orb and put it in lower HCZ. Which the Orb Spoke again asking for D-2692, D-2692 was retrieved and broght to lower HCZ and met with the Orb once more telling D-2692 things beyond comprehension. Once the Orb stoped speeking, the Orb merged with D-2692.

To the people who say Duke doesn't have experience on medical or as a CL3, he does. I've seen him on Sr Doctor plenty to know that he does know enough regarding medical procedures, cures, protocols and such. He may not be a constant Sr Doctor, but he does have the experience.
