Accepted E-11 Bodycam

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it so every E-11 spawns with a bodycam. (Or atleast the CL4)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Convenience
- Would make sense that all combatives have it whenever they go on duty, but this suggestion is specifically for E-11.
- Low Dev time (Senior admin can configure it)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- None that I know off.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Seems logical to me that all E-11 would have bodycams, so that we can actively use it for people who break the FLC. Its a small change, but this will prevent people from forgetting to grab one from the dispenser & clipping something, wich then could not be used IC.

Not all CL4's don't spawn with it (somehow), and why would combatives NOT have bodycams....

because combatives are replacable

the research team, isd and other more important personnel are not, or at least far more difficult to replace

in lore at least

before the update, literally everyone, even chefs, and even d-class, had bodycams. so its not a stretch to give mtf bodycams by default
