Why should you be unblacklisted: I used to really enjoy playing on this server when I used to. I made a couple of friends who I recently talked to. Too be honest I have no clue why I was blacklisted.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Make sure to refresh your memory on the rules regularly. Like I said before I did apply for staff and get accepted but couldn't do it.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I've been reigniting my love for SCP, and I really enjoyed the community and professionalism on this server.
