What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
An elevator between E-11 bunks and Security Sector (or lower SS armoury). Possibly temporarily, until the E-11 SS spawn system is fixed.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I could find. The SS spawn is supposed to exist, which would make this unnecessary, but has been missing for ages because it is broken.

It would be a good temporary alternative to E-11 SS spawns until that is fixed, or alternatively could be permanent instead of them having an SS spawn.

- Temporary alternative to E-11 SS spawn that's supposed to exist
- E-11 can actually get access to AA when it's authed, which is current impossible most of the time
- [Depending on what Content Team wants for balance] Allows GSD/Nu-7 to support E-11 in HCZ easier
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Changes balance, with Nu-7 and GSD being easily able to get into HCZ via bunks, which is a whole different path. If this is a concern, then the door to the elevator in SS could be CL4 to get in and E-11 could just be forbidden from letting people in that way. Or the new regimental keycards could allow it to be CL3 E-11.
- Mapping time - might be way shorter than getting the spawns fixed, seeing as it's already taken so long.
