Denied Elevator from E-11 Bunks to Security Sector

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
An elevator between E-11 bunks and Security Sector (or lower SS armoury). Possibly temporarily, until the E-11 SS spawn system is fixed.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I could find. The SS spawn is supposed to exist, which would make this unnecessary, but has been missing for ages because it is broken.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
  • Temporary alternative to E-11 SS spawn that's supposed to exist
  • E-11 can actually get access to AA when it's authed, which is current impossible most of the time
  • [Depending on what Content Team wants for balance] Allows GSD/Nu-7 to support E-11 in HCZ easier

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
  • Changes balance, with Nu-7 and GSD being easily able to get into HCZ via bunks, which is a whole different path. If this is a concern, then the door to the elevator in SS could be CL4 to get in and E-11 could just be forbidden from letting people in that way. Or the new regimental keycards could allow it to be CL3 E-11.
  • Mapping time - might be way shorter than getting the spawns fixed, seeing as it's already taken so long.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It would be a good temporary alternative to E-11 SS spawns until that is fixed, or alternatively could be permanent instead of them having an SS spawn.

I think a teleporter all the way from E-11 spawn to SS (which is practically the middle of LCZ) is way too overpowered.
So instead of adding an elevator to the map, I think they could way better just put their effort into fixing the existing issues with the secondary spawnloc.

just fix the LCZ spawn they teased E11 with it and took it away again .... wild
...so long as it's at least one-way and not usable outside of E-11, i don't see how it's overpowered at all. the secondary spawn location is already an approved and in progress thing - but it's having implementation issues. this is asking for an quick interim patch job to fulfil the necessary functionality of something that is overdue and being struggled to be added.
 
I want to make people aware of what I actually wrote. Consider reading it. This is a potentially temporary solution to something that has taken months, still isn't fixed, and we have no timeframe on when it will be. If it isn't going to be fixed any time soon, this is potentially a decent temporary solution, if not a better solution overall depending on map balance.
