- As an aspiring Internal Affairs Agent, I am deeply committed to making a workplace environment characterized by accountability, and fairness. Throughout my career, I have Bettered my conflict resolution skills. I believe that my ability to remain impartial and my dedication to upholding ethical standards make me well-suited for this role. I'm passionate about ensuring that every member of the organization is treated equitably and that policies and procedures are applied consistently. This position aligns perfectly with my values, allowing me to contribute to the betterment of our organization, promote a positive organizational culture, and actively resolve internal matters. - Ambassadors bear the duty of guiding agents and operatives To be better IA agents and live up to the Name the Directors and site command have given. They provide assignments and innovative ideas aimed at elevating the effectiveness of Internal Affairs to Great levels. However, They must also show a Degree of Expertise and excellence in their line of work.

Ever since Eugene Nishino was a kid he has always strived to enforce Law and order around his town, Growing up in Kingston, Ontario Life was rough for him. People running amuck in the streets at night, dealing drugs, committing crimes, well one unfortunate night Eugene and his father were out late one night after coming home from a late night showing of "Mission Impossible 23" as they were walking home, Eugenes father thought of a shortcut home through a dark and musty alleyway. They took the path as it was dead in the night silent All but the mice scurrying across the floor were asleep. As they walk down a man in an Orange Jacket pulls down a black ski mask and whips out a knife, as he exclaims " GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY OR ILL SLICE YA!" Eugene and his father are both terrified as they stare at each other, Eugenes father acts as if he's reaching for his wallet but pulls out his pocket knife, He throws a slice at the robber and tells Eugene to run as fast as he can far away from here. Eugene listens and Flees. He would come back the next morning to the same ally way to see his father's lifeless corpse on the floor, blood leaking from his chest, He was stabbed in the solar plexus. Eugene stares blankly at the corpse for a minute as he thinks to himself self "If I was a cop I could have stopped this, I could have saved him." He vows to himself to never let Injustice escape from his fingertips ever again.
Fast-forward 13 years later Eugene Hinami is now 22 years old and is serving as an FBI operative. Through years and years of hard work, he has finally reached the peak of his life... Or so he thought. One late night he's watching TV on his couch as a knock is heard at the door. Eugene gets up and answers the door to see 2 Men in black Suits sporting an odd emblem he's never seen before. They talk and talk until Eugene agrees to go with them, The men claim to be a part of a top-secret organization called the S.C.P foundation and they have come here to recruit Eugene to become one of the ranks of the Internal Affairs. The men take Eugene into their arms taking him to the nearest site where he will be stationed at Site-65. Years pass of him being an Internal affairs agent, He is now 26. After 3 years of Hard work his Dept. Director comes up to him and asks, "Would you like to become an Internal Affairs Ambassador?" Eugene quickly accepts his new promotion and works even harder to keep his reputation and work ethic as high as he can.
