What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
changing it so energy wepons are only obtainabale by looting some new crate that spawns on surface
this new crate gives mc&d a part of a energy gun which mc&d can use to craft a energy gun
so for example a handle , barrel , magazine,trigger etc.
aswell as adding a expiration date for energy wepons
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
im not aware of anything similar being suggested
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
mc&d get more active and actually have a reason for staying
less guns just being distributed by non mc&d
makes obtaining energy wepons more intresting then clicking f4 and pressing buy
more people will want to buy xk to get their hands on mc&d
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
if the rates of crates wepon parts or such arent properly balanced it could cause the price of the weppons to be unstable
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
while it still is possibile for non mc&d to get their hands on energy wepons whitout mc&d assistance it makes it alot harder
it makes it so previously duped wepons dissapear if their not used aswell as giving more reasons to engage in rp with foundation to get access to the site as energy weppons would be more in demand
alot of players job abuse mc&d by just hopping off from their job and imediatly buying a gun for their faction this makes it so they have to work for a certain period of time before they can do it which makes it so you cant really job abuse it as your faction is not going to wait like a hour for you to obtain the weppon they will just buy it from an actually on the surface mc&d
