Accepted EOC Bulkhead

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make the EOC bulkhead have the same breakrate of the other bulkheads.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
SCPs can't break into the room
Makes logical sense

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
SCPs complain about it

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Bro it should not take 6 hits for 682 to be able to fully access the EOC
