List your current in-game rank(s) on MRP: SAS Col, NATO HC, USSR HC (OLD USSR) and SC

What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?: The Special Air Service
What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?: I was looking for a CO rank but I'm going to say Captain as not only can I work with the current CO's I have the experience to mould new people into capable solders
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?: Due to my experience as COL in the SAS in the past as well as High Command I believe I have the skill to deal with the day to day operations

List your strengths and weaknesses: I'd like to say I'm a good leader and will help people with anything they need
I'm also in believing that I'm well liked among those who have met me in the past and my reputation can speak for itself.

I can be somewhat harsh to people who do dumb things that negatively impact a regiment ,side or server as a whole.

Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
I managed to get to COL of SAS and start fixing all the issues with the regiment by getting rid or demoting those who where hold the regiment back and promoting those who were there to make the regiment the best they could and this worked to a good while till I had to leave due to work reasons and I'd like to say I left it in capable hands.

What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?: the responsibilities is to follow orders from the COL as well as NATO HC and then lead the men and women of the regiment into battle and do what is needed of us to do and more, and due to the SAS our nature is to "steal" war funds and it will be our main focus to do in peacetime as well as maintaining FOB's.

What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?: I've not been in the regiment in a good while so some of the newer people my not see me as an old player and my resent me for taking a higher rank but hopefully I can get there vote of confidence over time.

Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?: I will do what I've always done and that is to lead my example and show to people that we can do more then it seems and though our numbers may be low we will show the enemy that numbers aren't everything and it's a man's wit and seer determination that will win our fights as well as good planning and tactics.
