Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes
Why should you be unbanned: I did return for the third time, I was banned about 10 seconds after reconnecting. I can hear in game audio while tabbed out, I heard the menu ambience for about 10 seconds before it stopped and I was banned. I can't help that the server is extremely laggy and constantly lag out. I shouldn't be punished for the server's own problems. I provided a clip of me lagging out twice, I don't know how you "struggle to believe" when I provided clips of the server lagging me out.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I won't mag dump 912.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I'm trying to grind combat medic.

Hello,

You were being arrested by me as 912 after I received orders to act as IA. You started shooting me without provocation, I chased you around for about 3 minutes. You pulled out your keycard, at which point I cuffed you. Upon bringing you to interro and telling the senior agent I have body cam, you stated your game crashed.

You reconnected within 10 minutes, and as a result you were brought to a sit for LTARP upon return. After you stated you shouldn't be arrested since the disconnect-reconnect process should count as your arrest time, you were given the option of being arrested, or receiving a warning (which would be a stacked warnings ban), or asking for another staff member to rule on the situation. Technically, per our guidelines, you should've been warned for LTARP anyways, however I wanted to give you the opportunity to take the arrest as you sent me a clip of your wifi cutting out. Upon presenting you with these options, you disconnected in the sit.

I waited 10 minutes, at which point you did not reconnect, hence the following bans were issued for the entire situation
- LTARP (A) which is the 4th warning that'd contribute to the stacked warnings A ban
- LTAP due to you disconnecting in the sit room and not reconnecting within 10 minutes
- Stacked bans B due to having 3 previous bans within 6 months.

I did see that you reconnected between the 10 minute timer expiring and the time it took to type out the ban, however after confirming with Ryota, nothing was done about this as the 10 minute timer expired for you to reconnect.

I waited 10 minutes, at which point you did not reconnect, hence the following bans were issued for the entire situation

1. It takes time to load into the server
2. The server was full a few times so I had to wait, I am not spending money so I can join faster
You should understand that with how full and laggy the server is at times it's difficult to join after lagging out.

Another thing, when I realized joining was going to take over 10 minutes, with the server being full and all, I made a ticket in the Discord, this was before I was banned. I said to pass on this clip to Kenneth, I never got a response and my ticket was closed shortly after making this escalation, I never got a screenshot. I apologize for mag dumping 912, I found it funny because 912 players like to chase you around and beat you to death. I see now that can get me in trouble with IA, and if I lag out while being arrested this predicament can happen all over again.

While it is true you lagged out of the server, you still would've been banned for stacked warnings or LTARP, as well as stacked bans. While we appreciate you attempting to return to the situation after lagging out, your other offenses would've ended with you banned anyways. Based on above, no action will be taken.
