Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
One from my time as a medical trainee level 7-15 ish? because I went to my place of death instead of waiting after being killed. (though that was more of a verbal warning) I did not fully understand the rules at the time.

Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
From the moment I joined, I’ve been deeply committed to the medical department. Not just as a role, but as a part of its community. I’ve played medical since my very first day, and every moment has been meaningful and enjoyable. Whether bonding with medical players or other departmental leaders to even D-class and or supporting members in need of medical attention and overall need for RP.

I've found a purpose and enjoyment in every interaction I've had. Early on, I had my sights set on becoming a consultant and through that dedication that brought me here and what's kept me standing as a medical consultant.
Because of my dedication to the department, I was able to achieve that in such a short time where because of that I was able to sharpen my leadership skills and overall bonding and find out what medical/non-cl4 personnel want implemented into medical to make it an enjoyable department once more. Because of my interactions with other players/medical staff and or other departments I was able to grow my love for this department and my desire to overall help it grow.

I am applying for Director of Medicine because I believe in this department's potential, what it's meant to not just grow in numbers but to deepen its depth and want for creativity and overall opportunity. I want to help build a medical team that is seen as respected and engaged in what they do and wants to help in any way possible, including tryouts and not just putting them off due to one person asking.
A department who can be seen as connected to its player base and respects their wants. Those who are not dismissed or seen as “lazy” or inactive this can be achieved through roleplay and genuine conversation that happens on a day-to-day basis. I wish for a department that is welcoming and inspiring to others and newer players in a way both old and new players.

Too often, I have seen many of our Sr doctors and or consultants drift away from medical to pursue combative roles due to burnout and or boredom. This is due to the feeling that our work is limited to handing out cures or healing injuries to just writing documents. Many have made that shift to combative and or other more jobs with depth as they feel medical does not meet that need and lacks its own sense of depth. However, I know we can do more and I want to reignite the departments spark they for medical and I do believe we can achieve that by

-Encouraging SR DOCTORS and DOCTORS to engage in consultant projects by offering incentives

-Creating interdepartmental collaborations such as projects, something to bring more energy and excitement into medical!!

-Creating roleplay opportunities with scenarios that can involve ALL medical staff that are not just influenced or blocked by CL4 staffing. That may include multiple departments /jobs for information into working together.

-Making consultant a role that people aspire to be not just for the keycard or the freedom to do anything.

During my time, if given I will focus on creating and encouraging creativity and mentorship from other consultants and sr doctors. I wish for Sr doctors to feel like they have a choice to lead and offer their own contributions and the room to grow within the medical department. As I want doctors to see a clear path, one that's full of possible potential and exciting opportunities. I wish for our department to be known for its depth and not just its own duties we swore by.

I plan to implement projects that revolve around engaging rp and overall the consultants specialties ranging from pharmaceuticals down to psychology and affairs. I also will work into collaborative storytelling which is to include all levels of medical staff down to even trainees with some limitations of course. Wanting CL3’s to feel involved and inspired to lead and join consultants for a reason knowing there are opportunities behind that door. Our duty as CL '4 is not just to lead it to create and pave opportunities for others to thrive and wish to be a part of the community.

I absolutely love this department and all who have led it to greater heights. But I believe we can do even better. Becoming Director of Medicine is something I’ve envisioned since stepping into Consultant, and I’m ready to take that next step not for a title, but for the chance to build something meaningful.
We can build a place where people stay because they’re inspired and they see a reason to be here. Where creativity and care can go hand in hand. And we can build a community not just a department!!

What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?

While I may not have been on the server as long as some others, I’ve consistently given my all to the medical department. From the moment I became a Consultant, I’ve focused on supporting both the department and individual personnel whether through answering questions, guiding roleplay scenarios like surgeries and evaluations, or simply being a reliable presence for newer or returning players to lean on.

I’m known for being friendly and approachable, but I’ve also proven that I can be firm when needed. I’ve handled disciplinary situations with fairness though to the point its more of a lesson with its reasonings on why their behavior was inappropriate or unwanted rather than giving the punishment without the reasoning, ensuring that standards are upheld and they understand what they did but also finding out why said person did it.

I strive to maintain a supportive environment no matter what, unless said person did something that is an unforgivable offense. 😓then that's when we have issues…

I see leadership not just about authority and control but about the empathy you have for other people and the consistency you give to others and creating a safe space and or enjoyable community. While also being stern when needed.
Now, If I don’t have the answer to something, I’ll either find it or find you with someone who does.

Often times I've been stepping up to lead when needed when department heads couldn't attend meetings . I regularly write documents and create RP scenarios to keep others engaged, and I’ve led multiple projects both being solo and collaboratively that encourage interdepartmental collaboration and creative roleplay. I’m passionate about making medical feel alive, not just functional.

• Active and reliable presence in the department
• Experienced in leadership and conflict resolution (I've done this ALOT)
• Strong communication skills (Even if I tend to over explain.)
• Open to feedback and criticism, always wanting to improve!
• MUCH MUCH love for writing documents and RP
• always open for collaboration! And storytelling.
