Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes, I believed, received a Fail rp warning. A little background on the warning, I was playing as a para watcher and snuck into the Site. While, I was by Check Point Charlie, there was 3 ISD agents they tried to stop me. I took off running and ran behind the wall and pulled my weapon and jumped around the wall and killed one of them. It was on me, I should have fear rp myself and did not. During the sit, I admitted to what I have done. Other then that, I have not gotten in trouble or even pulled into sits for that matter or any matter.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
TOPIC:
What makes me the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant, well for starters I currently hold a Cl4 Position in ISD. Yes, this may not be the biggest thing but at the end of the day ISD upholds the Laws and rules set forth by Ethics, so in that instance I am well versed in that. Next reason, I have the maturity level to be within the Ethics Committee. Additionally, I would be the best candidate cause, I am able to get on most days and be on for all hours. This will allow me to help out the facility in all hours, when it is low pop. Other reason is, my leadership abilities and know how to stay cool during stressful situations. Lastly the ability to multitask.
Experience:
Now as a Ethics Committee Assistant, you must be well versed within the day to day process of the facility as well as Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and as well as Legal codex. Cause how are you expected to help lead the facility while Ethics is not on site if don't how it runs. While my time on the site, I been playing ISD, as I said above. Currently holding a Cl4 position within ISD, as well I hold a Bar certification within the site as well. This allowed me to gain the experience in the legal codes and rules. As well, I gain the knowledge on how each of the department should run. Now, apart from that. I was also a ISD investigator, this allowed me to see what problems occurred within the departments and what to really look for. Set them two to the side, ISD shown me how ethics runs thing, cause I was in close contact with them, due to the fact. We are the one enforcing their laws and rules.
Maturity:
Now being Ethics Committee Assistant you must have a good level maturity level, this is due to the fact people will look up to you for questions, authorizations and even leading in some aspects. I do believe, that I am matured in a-lot of way. Either it be people disrespecting me to the fullest of their powers and I don't take it to heart and just continue being professional. I am gonna go back to the fact of my experience that I have in ISD. Cause, most of time people would either be screaming and calling me names and everything in the book they can think of. I just have to sit there, and continue to do my job properly. So therefore, I do have the maturity level to be Ethics Committee Assistant.
Activity:
In order to be the best Ethics Committee Assistant and to conduct your job to the best of your ability. You must be active within the site. I personally believe, that I am active. I try to get on most of the days, either it be for couple of hours or even for long time. Most days, if there is something that my out of my mind has to do, I try to get on for at least a hour. There is not much to say about this topic, but if you truly trust me. I can show you that, I am active.
Leadership capability:
Me personally believe that, I have what the leadership qualities and experience to be a ECA. As, currently said before hold a cl4 position in ISD that comes with the being able to lead the lower personnel either it may be something simple like positioning them during a code. Even taken control of a situation that may come upon our radar. I have lead training's, lectures as well. I also taken control of situation where I had to diffuse situation. As a ECA you need to be able to lead, cause when Ethics is not one and a situation or code pops off, you must be able to lead the whole site. So again, I have the leadership capability to be a ECA.
Multitasking:
This goes hand to hand with the leadership capability. As a ECA, you will most likely have to be doing multiple things at once. Either may be leading during a code or even having people contact you for questions and or authorization. Me personally believe that, I have good multitasking skill's.
Conclusion:
In conclusion I do believe, I have what it takes to be Ethics Committee Assistant. As the reason above, I have the leadership capability, multitasking, knowledge/experience, activity and lastly the maturity level. I want to note that this may not be the best type up application or even the best grammar application. If you give me a chance, I will show you that I have the dedication to become the next Ethics Committee Assistant.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Day to Day:
The Responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistant in rp is to make sure the facility is running smoothly. Interacting with departments or even personnel and make sure that there is no problems occurring with themselves.
Codes:
During Codes if no other ethics is on or even site command. You may have to command the facility and make sure, that if AA needs to be authorized or even if ERT needs to be called in. Sometimes you may have to call GOC if need be. You are pretty much the overall command during these instances.
Authorization:
You also have the responsibility, to approve research that requires a signature from a Ethics committee member. So Researches may come to you for it.
Meetings:
Another Responsiblity, you might to have meetings with departments if it is deemed appropriate to have one.
Now these are not every single responsibility within rp but, this gives broad aspect of what you will be doing as a ECA.

Little Background on the storyline my Ethics Committee Assistant Character is the fact Kiwis had a mentor, that he witnessed the mentor take D-class and did some very horrible that wont speak of due to how horrible it was. This also cost his mentor life. Now Kiwi's did not have the best life before getting into the site. He was beat up all the time as a kid and early adult hood. Jobs were hard to come by and he was pretty much homeless until, he was offered the job in Site 65. His time within the site was amazing. Sadly his mentor did what he did and past away. Kiwi was make it his life goal to look out for those who don't have a voice and wants to be apart of the change the site needs.
