"Tsuki" Kisun Younger male who had worked his way in law enforcement becoming a swat member climbing the ranks and working as a medic in his team. When deployed he was the person who people went to for help. He was recognized by a foundation agent in his squad but at the time he didn't know what it was but heard him out and was able to land a job in the SCP foundation, Finding out it was a nice change and was interested in the SCP's and people that worked in there.
He eventually became someone who had worked at site 65 for a long time working along in medical and along side the other departments. With that he saw how people can be treated like d-class and even security guards to researchers he had felt like he can do more for people besides just checking them up or patching them up in combat, He felt like he could do more and learned about higher up jobs he might be able to be come and by working his way up to where he found something to become a ethics assistant. With knowing that they uphold what keeps the site a good place for him and others to work in stopping bad actors from doing harm. So what he decided to go through and apply finally finding that position that could further his work of being someone who will put in the work to help people.

- Previously server warnings when first joining before I played seriously/didn't know the rules such as rdm, minor glitching, and frp but may have expired since they are mostly from a year now.
Recently none that I know of an I keep myself in check, and leaving goofing off to ooc stuff/out of people trying to play normally.
- I have experience in most departments with being in almost every MTF and being a part of o1. Knowledge of how the site works with C.O.C and C.O.E. I’ve Been in lvl4 positions before with medical consultant and helping improve that department before resigning along with helping start with hh-3. I want to help ethics with certain departments that I'm assigned to.
- Responsibilities of the ECA’s are to help ethics make sure that the C.O.E are being followed in the department they’re assigned to and all other ethical issues within the foundation, Making sure everyone on site is treated rightfully and the site is orderly. Reporting on site operations and conduct that is going on for the ethics committee. They can also be there to assist in people needing ethics help with quesitons or with situations happening on site.
