Evelyn's Bio and lore info

Howdy reader's this doc is a so i've been told a uphill battle, but with propper settings and a Event to go with, it should be fine/work


The start

Evelyn started out as a simple warehouse inventory manager. Arrested due to claims of theft spanning over years and costing millions of dollars in damage and loss and convicted under these charges, Evelyn was placed on trial.
Prior to the trial, a man in a suit walked up to her and made an offer: "Sign this and you won't see prison time. We know you didn't do this; this is a way out, a change of pace." After thinking about it, Evelyn takes it.
Just before the jury gives the verdict, 3 men walk in and grab Evelyn and take them to a vehicle parked outside out of view. All legal papers on Evelyn are lost or destroyed, leaving no trace of them. Fast forward a few years: Evelyn has been tested and lied to. "30 days," they said.
She gets called up for what she thinks is a new round of tests; however, that's not the case today.
She is offered a spot within security at a different site, and she takes it, leading her to Site 65. During her time there, she works up the ranks and gets recruited to an MTF unit, Nu7, the ones with the hammer.
The role fits her more than she thought, slowly ranking up and surpassing her peers while still assisting everywhere she can. Unfortunately, due to all the battles one gets into working that kind of job, she's injured and had to take a few weeks off duty, coming back just as fierce as she left.

Incident Report Addendum – AB-U6-##


Something big happened after the accident with AB-U6-##. Operative Evelyn was the first person to touch AB-U6-## and live.

AB-U6-## is like a ball, about the size of a basketball. It looks hot. If you touch it you get really cold injuries, like frostbite. The researchers are still trying to figure out why it does this.

After Evelyn touched AB-U6-## she started to show some effects that the foundation people who study Thaumaturgy have seen before.

Medical Observation Log

At first the doctors did not see anything with Evelyn but after watching her for a long time they saw some changes that happened when she used her new abilities.

Some things they saw include:

* Her body temperature went down after she used her abilities. It went down a lot to a temperature that's not good for people.

* Evelyn said she could not feel hot or cold much but she still felt pain if she got hurt in a normal way.

Psychological Evaluation

The foundation psychiatrists saw some changes in Evelyns mind after she used her AB-U6-## abilities a lot.

They saw things like:

* Evelyn had trouble remembering things from before she touched AB-U6-##.

* Sometimes Evelyn talked about places or people that do not exist in the world.

Research Notes

It looks like the changes that happen to Evelyn are not all at once but happen over time. The researchers think that AB-U6-## does not just give people powers but actually changes their body and brain.

They tested some things. Found out that the objects Evelyn makes with her mind are the same as real objects but they do not last long.

Some things they found out include:

* The objects Evelyn makes last for fifteen seconds before they fall apart.

* When they fall apart they turn into a frost- powder and disappear.

* After Evelyn makes an object she cannot make another one for one minute.

* If she tries to make another object soon it does not work and falls apart right away.

The researchers think that Evelyn is not really making objects but is just moving things around in the world for a little while. They think the fifteen-second limit and the one-minute wait are because Evelyn's brain is getting tired.

They also found out that it does not matter how complicated the object is, AB-U6-## just has some limits that it will not let Evelyn go past.

Because of what they found out the people in charge said:

1. Stop all testing, with AB-U6-## until we know more.

2. Keep watching Evelyn and anyone else who was affected.

3. We need to do research to figure out how and why AB-U6-## does what it does.

OOC Information

AB-U6-##-2 Ability Overview

AB-U6-##-2 is designed as a progression-based Type-Blue ability.

Evelyn will have limited control over the matter manipulation effects granted by AB-U6-##-2 and will only be capable of manifesting basic small arms, specifically pistols.

This entire thing would need A GM to run a Foundation Event if approved.

Ability Limitations

To maintain balance and preserve the intended roleplay experience, AB-U6-##'s weapon manifestation ability has the following restrictions:

* Manifested weapons have a maximum lifespan of fifteen (15) seconds before they destabilize and disappear.
* Once a weapon is manifested, the ability enters a one (1) minute cooldown period.
* The cooldown applies to AB-U6-## itself, preventing any additional weapon manifestations until the recovery period has ended.
* The duration and cooldown cannot be reduced without explicit GM approval.
* Manifested weapons cannot be stored, transferred, or maintained after the fifteen-second limit.
* Evelyn cannot create multiple weapons simultaneously unless specifically allowed through future progression.

These limitations represent the instability of AB-U6-## and the physical strain placed on Evelyn's altered body when manipulating matter.

Base Rule
nothing more than any job given sidearm can be used without the ability.
meaning, Cant use SMG's, sniper's, rifle's, shotguns and AA. Unless given from the ability

Starting Capability
- Basic pistols only.
- Limited reliability and control.
- Primarily intended for emergency defense or short engagements.

This is setup for when its alright to be able to use more then a pistol once approved

Access to higher-tier weapons is not based on time alone and must be earned through RP.
