second warning 2022 Nov 23 - RDM ( misunderstanding in front of foundation gate as CI)
third warning 2022 Nov 26 - Mixing ( talking as 914 to d class who were screaming and overwhelming me)
fourth warning 2023 Feb 1 - fail rp (talking as 912 to a Gensec early in the morning)
fifth warning 2023 March 14 - fail rp (entering GOC Base as MCD and not realizing it was failraiding)

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I got back into playing researcher and love making documents again and I want to keep testing on interesting scps like 682 and 008
I also know a lot of people in the research department so it's friendly and enjoyable to be a part of the research team furthermore i have the knowledge from my time and I want to use my knowledge to help the research department and help it grow even more.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
since replaying research I have stayed professional while testing and always following Foundation Legal Codex with experience of as a IA Agent
furthermore, I have made a lot of excellent graded
18-page documents:
SCP - 457 Sample test
SCP - 173 sample test
SCP - 939 sample test
SCP - 914 Flare gun test
SCP - 914 Guitar test
(to name a thew)
over 500 hrs of knowledge of the scps are currently available and a lot more knowledge of scps from the scp wiki
a decent understanding of a lot of scps,
I try to be friendly and approachable with other researchers and help them do their own tests.
with people saying I'm quite approachable and a good researcher
I have a history of chemical research and have written multiple documents about chemical testing (sample test shown above)
I have good relations with research command, engaging in projects with them and discussing matters concerning the wider department
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
through my documentation I usually have a clear goal I am after and separate each part into different sections to make it more digestible.
further, I always start with a front page which has the name of the person doing the study, the date and time, and the name of the
department to make it look more professional, then index page after that to allow people to know what page correlates to which part of the test then scp info with test and containment procedures, after that I have test description, hypothesis, test notes then conclusion. If it is a
sample test I which change the format so that it will have 3 parts, sample collection, injection, and chemical which all go after the test description.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Look over cl3s - cl1 documents and give constructive criticism if needed
answer questions for lower clearances levels about research
observe experiments
reprimand researchers if the situation demands it
Credit Researchers for other documents when needed
Authorise documents
support the director and other executives
keep the research department friendly and inviting while keeping a sense of professionalism and roleplay
Help Jrs
Do cl4 tests
Liaise between SA and research
Do Lectures to help and explain things to other researchers

"John Carmine" an Ex-Member of a GOI after an incident that made him rethink his affiliations has now joined the foundation allowing them to use his cybernetics as well to improve their trust in him. using his knowledge of the anomalous world, Chemicals, Bio Anomalous Mechanical Research, and pure devotion to helping the research department grow and flourish slowly working his way up the foundation ladder, as he works his way up the more his cybernetics are changed and updated fit what the foundation needs and wants.
