I have received a few warnings some for fail RP and 2 for rdm (but as soon as I get them I don't do it again)

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I feel that I can make a good executive because I will make the foundation production make sure everything is going along great, make sure documents are overseen, and make sure nobody is doing anything that they should not be doing. Also, because research is fun, I enjoy doing it. The execs are nice people. along with me being around for months and still not being at least an executive so even if I were to be put on hold I would be happy.

I feel that I could guide people and help shape the foundation into a good place by helping the people who need it such as jr's and research+ with everyday tasks, and make the whole experience fun for everyone. along with getting other roleplay than just testing

testing
making sure everyone is doing their jobs

take a break from now and then (not everything needs to be serious)

Here is a short little description of what I was able to make for the character:
Name: Big Steve
Origins: America
I have 2 brothers one Is little Steve who is a part of CI and a Civilian named "Medium Steve" who thinks that the ranger leader is his brother in the foundation. in his life, he as began working as a researcher and getting top marks unit the foundation took notice and before he knew it he was a Jr. researcher until he climbed the ranks up to biohazard making friends and training Jr.s. along the way meeting a lot of people in his journey.
(it'd be really nice if could get executive and fun to be able to have and help others along with other people I know to get it in just a few days even though I have been here for a while. I would just be happy with being on hold until I can get it.)
