Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am applying for Executive Researcher because i have been enjoying everything about this community particularly the Research Department i have really enjoyed the people in the department for the way they helped when i was new, showing me around the chem lab, and department itself now that I am more experienced i would love to move up the ranks of Research Department and start a new journey as an Exe. Researcher, in this wonderful community

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I think I'm suitable for this position because i am great at helping others in ways that people struggle with including the Documents, Testing , and Overall Layout of the facility, i am great in getting involved with communities and getting to know each and every person inside said departments. I also enjoy making sure that people do their best when completing something so that it rewards them at the best. I am great at leading with integrity, a clear vision, and the ability to motivate others while doing so.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have made about 3 or 4 well graded documents, not all are perfect but everyone has room to improve, I believe what makes a good document is the accessibility, make it clear and concise, always standardize the format, always meet compliance and standards, and accuracy. Those 4 things are what i believe should be the upmost priority when making a document and making it a full potential. I also believe putting accurate and useful information to the foundation will help improve not only your grade but yours and the foundations knowledge on whatever the you are making a document about

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
to help fellow Sr. Researchers' and Jr's and Regular Researchers at completing their tasks efficiently, accurately, and making sure they understand it when they do it by themselves. The other responsibilities of an Exe. Researcher is to help the foundation to grow in their knowledge of all Scps, their nature, and help them understand more on how they affect the Foundation and outside world. I do believe that Executives help to understand the Classified chemicals for the foundation. The Executives are also in control of assisting The Underclass Researchers In Preparing them for the Future including Executive and or possibly Director Of Research roles

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My Executive Researcher has 2 Brothers In different areas of the Foundation World, Fazzen Jones is a long lost CI Brother who has dedicated his life to bringing down the foundation. Fadden Jones who is a civilian who doesn't even realize he has brothers due to there roles, he just lives a life in the surface. My Character Fazzen Jones Story is he believes what the foundation is doing is right, he wants to further progress his role in the foundation so that he can help bring the foundation to nothing but success and further there knowledge in the anomaly field so that he can keep the foundations motives going, the only Problem is his brother Fazzen Jones doesn't agree with him at all.
