Why should you be unbanned?:Because I was angry at the time and started yelling things I shouldn't have in my rage I was just kicked out of rmp and was jailed so I was naturally angry because of it
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:I will read the rules and remember them so that I make no more mistakes
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I love the server and everyone in the server and I've grown to love this community

After speaking to the staff member who issued the ban it seems like you had the intention to MRDM when you were in your rage state and it's unacceptable; Take the time to think about what you did and start making improvements, especially with the attitude you had in the situation there are other ways of handling situations such as speaking to a member of Regimental or High Command.
