RDM/LTAP Ban / Early on as a Cadet I got into verbal conflict with a D-Class personnel and I ended up entering CDC to terminate him, then left due to me not wanting to deal with the admin sit.
FailRP Warn / General lack of understanding of GMod and RP rules.
FearRP Warn / Lack of understanding on how to act in character when in a situation which should result in you being feared.
Since these warns & bans I have greatly matured and have attained experience on how to RP properly and upkeep the immersion.
What Makes you Suitable for Executive Researcher?
I see myself as a great teacher and role model to all sorts of staff. My skills within that region excel and I am confident that I would greatly benefit the Scientific Department in regards to sharing knowledge and assisting others.
My documentation skills are - in my humble opinion - through the roof. Whether it be the effort and writing I put into it or the formatting, I know that I make constant excellent documents and never once I have failed to impress a more senior personnel within the department in regards to my work.
Experience is something that also makes me more that suitable. Being Research Level 36 I have definitely proven myself to have been a well educated and brought up researcher. Through my vigorous testing and documentation I have managed to learn every aspect of the site. Including the Code of Ethics and Conduct, I have attained more than enough knowledge on the site to come into possession of a Clearance 4 position.

1 Excellent Document
During the first stages of my career in AUD-5 Enhancements Department, I wrote a document to an experiment in regards to creating an effective cure to the pestilence. Said experiment was successful and I proved that very well with my documentation. It was also the test that solidified my position within the Enhancements Department.
What Makes a Document Excellent?
First we have the formatting, including the base Aims, Methods, Findings and Conclusions. You may also add a Table of Contents, Personnel Needed, Equipment Needed, Safety Precautions, Signatures, Picture Gallery, Credits and anything extra specific to the nature of the test. If formatted correctly and utilised properly, these extra sections will guarantee an Excellent grade.
Next, formatting. Formatting is key to a document as if done correctly, it allows the reader to read over the key points of the document and every other detail fluently without getting confused or lost during the reading.
Finally, grammar. Grammar is a must when it comes to documentation. Correct grammar ensures that your document will be understood easily and professional.
Responsibilities
of an Executive Researcher
Executive Researchers are to teach and grade documents to all personnel within the Scientific Department. We are meant to give them all the teaching they need in regards to their role and documentation. Executives possess lots of useful knowledge and if appropriate to do so, should always be shared to researchers.
We also must lead the Scientific Department into experiments and events alike as to ensure that the roleplay is amazing whilst there is work being done. We should always act as a leader and role model to other staff during these, we are amongst the only few who have the power to lead researchers in this manner and we should never let that power go to waste.
Lectures are also greatly important. As stated beforehand we mustn't keep the basic information to ourselves and must share it to allow all other staff to conduct themselves properly within their roles as a researcher. We may also utilise lectures to teach trainee researchers to allow them to complete their test.
Documentation is another way to share knowledge. By creating information documents and placing them in key locations we are allowing research staff to always have access to information which they will need to progress further within their careers.

However, judging by the video and audio logs in which we oversaw, most of the E-11 units (8) were only enlisted personnel, therefore were more confused in regards to the parameters of experiment. However, due to their low rank within the regiment they were afraid to speak with. Especially with the over looming prescence of MTF Alpha-1 units and the Overseer. Although Dr. Fergus Maguire perfectly explained the experiment to the MTF E-11 units, they were simply too confused and refused to speak up regarding their terms. Therefore, leading it to the catastrophic failure in which will be elaborated on further on.
After the briefing Dr. Fergus Maguire felt very confident. He put the E-11 units in an advanced firing line position and sent the two (2) Biological-Hazard units in with the D-Class personnel (D-0947) into the containment cell. Once the D-Class was placed on top of the SCP-008-1 gas valves the SCP-008-1 gas was release and the D-Class begun to inhale the particles. After ten (10) seconds of exposure the D-Class was fully infected by SCP-008-1 and had turned into an SCP-008-2. It immediately began attacking the E-11 units and the units themselves started to coordinate their movements. After the first two (2) E-11 units had to reload one would take out a containment beam and would start to beam the instance whilst the other continued to engage in fire. This managed to lower the body mass of the SCP-008-2 instance. It was then restrained and was brought out by the E-11 units.
Upon its exfil from the containment cell. Dr. Fergus Maguire injected the instance with a liquefied sample of the SCP-330 "Blue Sweet" mixed with the "Green Sweet". By combining these two (2) sweets Dr. Fergus Maguire managed to create a pacifier which could knock out above average built D-Class personnel (D-Class Brutes). However, what Dr. Fergus Maguire failed to realise that SCP-008-2 is not a human and is in fact an SCP, therefore the effects may be reversed. In which they were.
Twenty (20) seconds post-injection the SCP-008-2 instance grew stronger and stronger. Eventually breaking out of its SCP-grade restraints. Whilst the E-11 units held their positions and they firing line, Dr. Fergus Maguire stood still in shock whilst the MTF Alpha-1 units quickly ushed the Overseer out of the containment chamber entirely. SCP-008-2 grew larger in size eventually cracking the ceiling above it. The E-11 units at this point were dumping many rounds of bullets into the instance but they were doing nothing. Also at this point Dr. Fergus Maguire had came out of his shock and managed to hide out in the airlock which lead into the containment cell. One by one, the E-11 units were being infected by this buffed SCP-008-2 instance and were also turning into less buffed yet still slightly stronger SCP-008-2 instances. Eventually they were either all K.I.A. or SCP-008-2 instances.
A full platoons worth of ERT units were called in but arrived too late. At this point the SCP-008-2 instances had breached HCZ blast doors and were infected or slaughtering all on-site personnel. No floor or area of the facility was safe from these instances and asides from the clearance-5 personnel alongside with their MTF units and Dr. Fergus Maguire who was still hiding out in the airlock system in shock. The whole site was gone.
As ERT arrived they managed to form a firing line outside the surface gates as the instances had managed to breach the Floor-2 defences by then. The ERT stood no chance and were all slaughtered but remained un-infected. Due to the intensity of the contamination hazard the UNGOC and Foundation both launched their respective highest capacity explosives in Pinewood. And with no regards for the civilians being evacuated, three (3) 1000 pound bombs and an █████ ████████ were launched into Pinewood, decimating all lifeforms and anomalies located there.
The lower floors of the Foundation remained intact, therefore Dr. Fergus Maguire remained alive and perfectly healthy. After a full site-sweep, he was found by MTF Omega-1 units in specialised Biological-Hazard suits. Instead of punishing the Dr. Fergus Maguire, he was given Class-A Amnestics and was transported to Site-56's counterpart "Site-65".
Five (5) years later Site-56 was rebuilt and had a sufficient amount of staff to keep it up-kept. Dr. Fergus Maguire was then transported back and lived out the rest of his research career. Unknowing to what he had caused five (5) years prior.

Fifteen (15) MTF Epsilon-11 personnel were lined up for a briefing in "SCP-008 Containment Control Room". Also in the room were five (5) MTF Alpha-1 personnel whom were ensuring the safety of Overseer ████ ███████████. During the briefing Dr. Fergus Maguire who was dressed up in his SCP-Grade Biological-Hazard suit. He mentioned the firing lines which would be formalised in a breach scenario and the procedure that the two (2) Biological-Hazard E-11 units would follow as to successfully coordinate themselves in such a way to effectively lower the body mass index of SCP-008-1 to eventually restrain the instance.
