Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I am applying for the Chief of Security because I love D-Block and think its a great place, I think most of GSD is a great community and are fun to be around, I love all the Captains and SGTs and I'd love to come the of the superiors other Captains, I love helping new players and I'd love to try make GSD better since it really needs it.

When I first joined GSD 3 years ago I was a massive minge but I've changed and don't minge as much anymore, I've known many Chiefs good and bad and I would like to add on to what other older Chiefs that helped GSD like, Buddy, Marrio and Tim and in Tim's leaving speech he made during the last Captain meeting he said he wants me to be his predecessor.

What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
what makes me suitable for Chief of Security is I've been GSD 3 years, I've been Captain twice, my two terms of Captain have been 4 months all together, I want to help fix GSD by becoming Chief and help finish what Marrio and other Chiefs started, I got Captain of the month last month, I love GSD a lot most of the time when GSD aren't doing stupid things and finally Tim thinks I can be his predecessor and be a great Chief.

What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
•Maintain Order in GSD and help the Department grow.

•Keep good relations with other Departments.

•Be a leading figure for GSD.

•Host meetings with the rest of GSD Leadership to keep everyone updated, discuss new ideas and more

•Maintaining, Updating documents and rosters, Giving orders to lower ranked GSD personnel, Review documents about GSD and more.

•work closely with SA about the departments progress, add new policies and more.

•make sure activity, presence and duties are being upheld.

•Approve people for SGT and Captain interviews.

•Host trainings with GSD and Crosstrainings with other Departments.

Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Can you post your ktime for us?

I believe you have a lot going for you for CoS. You've been a GSD Captain since January, you have hosted 27 tryouts, 9 Sergeant interviews, participated in operations and departmental communication & coordination. You are easily one of the more well-liked, present & vocal Captains in GSD. Having only three warns this year after such an extensive moderation history demonstrates a strong ability to learn & improve your behaviour. As it is, I think you're a likeable sort and I've had some good chats with you. You'd bring a lot of joy and fun to GSD as CoS, I have no doubts.

That being said, I believe your attitude & behaviour on site leaves a lot to be desired. You were demoted from Captain by request of SA in March, and since I joined in June you've gained a reputation to me as "that nice & funny captain that gets arrested a lot". You are popular amongst your peers, and I have no personal issues with you whatsoever but I think that in a time where inter-departmental relations are tense (in a word) your promotion to CoS may be a spit in the face to those who've had to deal with your shenanigans. I have no doubt that if your arrest record were posted here, it would make a career criminal blush. This isn't all a bad thing, of course, because such tension & conflict makes for good RP and as long as you can find a good balance between making life hell for everyone else & making GSD a better department, I'd be happy to support you.

The answers as to "why" is decent, but I definitely would've expected better from someone with as much experience with GSD. I do like that you like helping new players, and I think that is an important aspect of GSD as we're the face of the site to many new players / D-Class and how we perform our jobs can make or break many different gameplay loops involved. I'd like to hear more about what you believe are the main issues plaguing GSD, how you've attempted to fix them as Captain and how you would seek to fix them as CoS.

Your answers as to what makes you suitable is unfortunate, especially because you have a lot more going for you than most. A little bit of introspection would help you to understand that if it weren't for people's perception of your attitude & behaviour, you have all the makings of a fantastic Sr. CL4, especially one that can help find a good balance between having fun & doing a good job. I encourage you and your peers to share with the powers-that-be what makes you suitable beyond just activity & being well-liked as I am sure they will be wondering the same.

I'll ask the same questions to you as I did the other applicants, plus one special just for you:

1) In your opinion, what are some of the best parts of GSD currently? What are some of the worst? How would you - as CoS - sustain the best parts & change the worst?

2) What kind of operations & RP would you want to spearhead as CoS?

3) Have you spent any time with US GSD, and if so do you have any insight on how they do things versus how we do things?

4) As someone who has had a lot of run-ins with ISD, what do you feel are the key objectives to improving relations & coordination with them?

+/- Support leaning +Support - I think as long as you make a concentrated and intentional effort to put your best foot forward, stay out of ISD's crosshairs and focus your energy on building GSD up you would make a fine CoS, and it would feel wrong not giving you some degree of support when most of your "issues" are, more or less, just you having a good time.

I think the leadership is great and I think anyone who isn't leadership are a hit or miss most are good though.
2) What kind of operations & RP would you want to spearhead as CoS?
I would do a operation so i know what people who don't play GSD think about GSD so we know what to change or add and I'd torture @Pater.
3) Have you spent any time with US GSD, and if so do you have any insight on how they do things versus how we do things?
Yes but don't know what they do that differently.
4) As someone who has had a lot of run-ins with ISD, what do you feel are the key objectives to improving relations & coordination with them?
Make ISD understand that since cadet is so easy to get its impossible to get them to stop minging, to stop crying in comms when GSD is understaffed and there's no one in D-Block because of it and to let us do more PTs.
