What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allowing Police regiments to use beanbags in debrief when someone is being annoying.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
KGB/RMP can actually be useful in a DB with anyone running and avoiding stun guns.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Events and other places where safe zones are used could be "annoying" as the police regiment can still "harm".
Or if the safe zone not getting fixed but the gun it self then None.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Making KGB/RMP life easier to arrest someone in debrief.
