What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I feel as if I can bring another member to the GOC that will aid in the capture and study of SCPs as well as being able to protect and carry out the mission of GOC. This is also reinforced with the many jobs (Mainly E-11) that i have helped create/improve. Along with being a Major in E-11 proves that I am able to handle myself professionally.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: I wish to join GOC for a change of pace from foundation and E-11 as i mainly play as E-11 when on the server, as well as expanding my roleplay knowledge and better develop roleplay. As well as being apart of a unique style of RP compared to the rest of the server.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The Global Occult Coalition was founded after "The Seventh War", where the GOC was initially called the Allied Occult Initiative. The events of this war led to the founding of the Global Occult Coalition as a safeguard against further such actions by rogue organizations.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS - This division is the primary combative unit for GOC as it consists of both strike teams and assessment teams, acting as the spearhead for GOC. The strike teams are built around the ability to capture or eliminate parathreats or other targets. The assessment teams are built/configured in ways to observe and investigate threats to the world.
PSYCHE - This division is built around making relations with other GOIs and maintaining diplomacy amongst the GOIs. Along with maintaining peace amongst humanity and GOC. PSYCHE consists of special observers and ambassadors. The special observers are tasked with observing scientific and other incidents for possible emergent parathreats. While ambassadors are tasked with maintaining discussions and peace talks with non violent GOIs
PTOLEMY - This division is tasked with ensuring members of the GOC being well equipped and maintaining smooth operation of all GOC members through logistics. The division is made up of Quartermasters and R&D. The Quartermasters are tasked with the logistical side of things including : Vehicles, weapons, ammo, armor, and food as well as maintaining supplies amongst GOC locations. The R&D are tasked with research and development of new weapons, armor, and other technologies as well as directing/funding new research and development.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The Coalition operates under a "Five-Fold Mission" which it was founded with. The Five-Fold Mission includes 5 different goals that the G.O.C aims to constantly achieve, and defines what the Coalition exists for.
1. Survival - The primary objective of the G.O.C is to ensure that humanity survives against any anomalous threat. Above all, this is what the G.O.C strives to do.
2. Concealment - The secondary objective of the Coalition is to conceal the existance of anything anomalous. Failure to complete this goal would result in mass panic and chaos, and allow for powerful figures to even weaponize these para-threats and go against the Coalitions primary goal.
3. Protection - The G.O.C believes in individuality and the protection of human beings. Their tetriary goal is to protect any individual, however this mission can be voided if necessary and in pursuit of the first mission.
4. Destruction - The Coalition believes that the existance of anomalies, no matter what it is, is a threat to humanity. As such, they will not take any unnecessary risk to ensure the survival of para-threats. The Coalition will actively seek to destroy any para-threat it deems to be threatening to humanities survival.
5. Education - The Coalitions final mission is to expand their knowledge on anomalies and better understand them when possible. The more educated humanity is on the nature of these anomalies, the safer they can be.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War occured during WWII where the SS Ahnenerbe and the Thule Society to take advantage of the destruction of LTE-0913-Ex-Machina to complete the Rite Of Solomon, which if completed, would turn the Nazi Regime into a powerful organization which could master magic. This, in turn, would've turned the tide of the 2nd World War and potentially destroy humanity. This is the primary incident that led to the creation of the Global Occult Coalition, which aimed to take further preventative measures against incidents like this.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The GOC is different from other groups as they want to ensure the protection of humanity and the planet from SCPs and share their power amongst other members and GOI's to aid in the protection of humanity. While the Foundation wants to contain the anomalies for testing and research which could ultimately end the world.

Biographical Information:
Brad William was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was from a small town within the state and lived a fairly normal life with no notable events. Brad was enlisted in a public school, and achieved his High School Diploma when he turned 18 years old along with other Educational awards from his senior year for academics. During his childhood he worked for a local grocery store as a butcher at the age of 17 where he learned how to clean and skin animals for survival. During this period of time he was interested in the Military from the vast commercials that would be played along with hearing the benefits the military provided.
Once Brad had graduated from highschool he turned towards volunteer work at a fire department to learn many skills and get some life saving experience first hand along with training. After a year of Volunteering he joined the United States Marine Corp at age 20. Basic training was easy and simple to him as he had already been exposed to the militarized doctrine from volunteering with his local fire department which is paramilitary.
Upon completing basic training Brad graduated at the top of his class earning several awards from the military along with graduating at the rank of LCPL. After graduation from basic he was quickly assigned to a combat unit for the marines. He was designated to be team lead for his platoon while deployed as he had the highest scores of anyone.
Once Deployed to Afghanistan he was sent to FOB Richard and assigned to 2nd Marine Division. He was happy to be in Afghanistan and to serve his country in the war against terrorism. Upon his arrival to FOB Richard Brad was met by the Senior of his platoon who informed him of his duties and expectations. Brad was assigned to Combat patrols to locate weapon caches along with bomb facilities. On one patrol his team of four men where accompanied by a group of Marine Raiders which had been assigned a kill or capture mission on a professional bomb maker who had been liable for several service members being killed by road side bombs.
After the mission had been completed Brad was given orders to report stateside to speak with high brass of the USMC. His exceptional performance at the mission it was reported to the Brass along with a few Marine Raiders. He received the Bronze Star for his actions and life saving actions. upon receiving the medal he was transferred into the Raiders and assigned to Marine Raider group [REDACTED].
He would go on serving with the Raiders for years, receiving multiple awards and accommodations along with multiple promotions ending his career in the USMC at the rank of Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps E-9, before being recruited to the UN for his skills along with unyielding loyalty to the military and the protection of humanity from those who wish to do harm.
