Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I really enjoyed it my first time around despite my lack of activity and being able to run the map change as well as represent DEA in a trial reignited the enjoyment I have had playing this department.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I have had many accolades in my tenure as DEA, especially when it comes to diplomacy and negotiations. I am also a skilled combative who can tussle well with CI even with inferior equipment. My prior tenure combined with my current roleplay acumen and overall tenacity would make an excellent asset to the DEA team.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
Over the course of multiple roles, several documents, equaling the double digits. Over DEA, two.
A good document is one that is able to clearly and concisely convey information, present the facts of the situation/test they are highlighting, and be properly structured in a way that makes easy and enjoyable to read.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
Special agents authorize infils and raids against hostile GoIs. They handle trespassers and other foreign relations like with MC&D and GoIs such as UNGOC and CI. They train new DEA Operatives by providing the induction and then also preparing them to be combat ready and they ensure procedures and announcements remain up to date. They can also join management groups led by Dpt. Managers to influence External Affairs and work with the other members of Site Affairs, ISD.

Name: Francis 'Iceman' Beaumont

Francis Beaumont was born to a George 'Chambers' Beaumont and Olivia Beaumont in 1991. Growing up on the streets of Detroit, he quickly learned self defense as to not be made an easy target within the local hierarchy. His father taught him a love for martial arts while his mother cultivated the passion within him to pursue the creative arts. As such while Beaumont is skilled in hand to hand combat, his drive comes from his appreciation for music, and he himself is an accomplished cellist.
Beaumont joined the U.S. Marine Corps upon graduating from his studies in the University of Michigan for mechanical engineering. He did not serve a long tenure within the Marines and was promptly discharged after 2 years. During this time, he picked up a notoriety for picking fights within his platoons, often turning them into morale boosting fights that were unsanctioned and contributed to his discharge.
Francis would carry this energy upon his return to the United States to become a heavyweight boxing champion within his region. He would take on many combatants during his tenure, one of which was former GRU-P Second Lieutenant Yuri Boycka.
After their bout, Yuri would approach Francis and inform him of a secret organization that could use someone of his talents in regards to combat. Francis would decline the offer as he did not initially seem interested. On the night of February 21, 2019, a group of armed mercenaries would kidnap Francis and hold him ransom in a Russian prison. While struggling to acclimate with the environment, he would make acquaintances with a Foundation insider known as Lucas Steven, colloquially known as Stevie.
Stevie would help Francis adapt to the life within the prison, assisting him in navigating his way through his own intelligence rather than his fists. After thorough consideration, Stevie would draft a plan for their escape. Under the cover of dawn, they would both navigate their way to a Foundation dead drop site where Francis began his induction in Novosibirsk.
