Denied Free pac for Fcom

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Giving Fcom free pac3. Making so ethic committee members and O5 dont have to pay for pac.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It makes more people want to become Fcom which helps the server a lot since they are the rp leaders and help generate a lot of rp. And they already do so much for the server they deserve a reward.
Also makes it so you can create a good rp character with pac without having to pay 8 dollars per month. So it makes people both wanna go for Fcom but also when they do they can create good characters without having to pay money.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less money from pac. It's very small at max 8 people per server and many of them already get free pac from being staff.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's a good way to show that you guys care more about the roleplay and the people making the roleplay than profit. Money is important but the Fcom does so much for the server i think they make more people play therefore more pac buyers.

Thanks for the suggestion however we cannot justify this in any metric, as much as people hate this, we are a business and a s such need to make money for operations, the reason Game Masters get PAC free is because their events are part of our structure as a server and directly impacts the service in a positive way and is also a reward for them doing so creating significant events etc, also staff do not get PAC free until they reach HMOD, however that is as a thankyou for all their work and effort they have put into managing our service, as such they work the cost off.

Currently PAC is £8 per month per person.
Giving it to all FCOM per server would be; £8 x 8 = £64 P/M
However, the reality is, 8 FCOM (UK) + 8 FCOM (USA) = £64 + £64 = £128 P/M x 12 = £1,536 Per Annum.

USD (Estimated)
Currently PAC is $10.81 per month per person
Giving it all to FCOM per server would be $10.81 x 8 = $86.48 P/M
However, the reality is, 8 FCOM (UK) + 8 FCOM USA = $86.48 + $86.48 = 172.96 P/M x 12 = $2,075.52 Per annum

As nice as it would be to keep giving things away for free, this simply is not feasible.
