Character name(s): Pearl 'Raise' Sails-F Goc Phoenix "Rebirth" Mavi ” CI Gene legend
Civilian name phoiba nocturne

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
  • Goc Sgt, Sr agent, investigator, current, former special agent.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have, however, most of them come for 2024 or prior and two that are still 4+ months old
-

How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
- 6+ months
Why are you applying for Special Agent?

  • I am coming back to spa post having taken a break from playing DEA. I have also seen a lot of improvements to DEA and wish to come back. I think I will have a even more enjoyable time in dea now. One of my goals post getting spa is to do a lot of investigative work.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
  • I am a former member SIU and AIU; these were two subdivisions of DEA that were hand-picked for covert ops.I have played DEA main for a long time and have a good grasp on how sop works and know tactics to counter raids well. I am also very professional. I can handle info breaches well and can coordinate raids on CI FOB. I also am now a former special agent and know my way around the role.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
  • My lore docs, along with some in-progress docs for GOC, mainly for a plotline I am setting up. In terms of quality, I would say the aspect of uniqueness is one of the most important things, along with effort being the most important overall. docs need good spelling, format, and content to be a good doc.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
  • Some of the responsibilities include authorizing QRF and other GOC visits, negotiating for hostages, and leading raid responses. Special agents must also make sure agents and sr agents are acting with professionalism and are doing duties such as responding to raids and negotiating for hostages. Special agents may also need to reprimand Agents and Sr agents for misconduct. Special agents also need to ensure good terms with the GOC and other allied groups.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:

To the Department of External Affairs Directorate,

I am writing this today to provide my full and enthusiastic +Support for Pearl 'Raise' Sails in their application for Special Agent. Having reviewed their history and current standing within the community, I believe they are an ideal candidate for a return to the SPA rank.

Experience & Track Record

  • Veteran Presence: With over 3 years on the server and a total level of 163, Pearl isn’t just a casual player; they are a cornerstone of the community. They understand the evolution of the site’s meta and rules better than most.
  • Proven Leadership: Holding the rank of GOC Sergeant and being a Former Special Agent proves they have the OOC responsibility and IC command presence required to lead. They aren't learning the ropes—they are ready to pull them.
  • Subdivision History: Their past involvement in SIU and AIU is a massive green flag. These divisions required a high degree of trust and tactical "know-how" regarding covert operations and info-breach management.

Professionalism & Capability

  • Tactical Knowledge: Pearl’s grasp of SOPs and raid counter-tactics is top-tier. In the current climate of SCP-RP, having an SPA who can effectively coordinate a QRF or manage a CI FOB raid is essential for the Foundation’s security.
  • Administrative Maturity: They are candid about their past warnings, noting that they are dated (2024 and prior). This shows growth and a clear shift toward a more serious, professional playstyle over the last several months.
  • External Relations: Given their high rank in the GOC, Pearl is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between the Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition, ensuring diplomatic relations remain stable and productive.

Roleplay & Documentation

  • Creative Integrity: Their lore is well-grounded, providing a logical bridge from the Royal Military Police to the DEA.
  • Quality Standards: Pearl understands that a document is more than just a wall of text; their focus on uniqueness, formatting, and "effort as the most important factor" aligns perfectly with what the DEA looks for in its investigative reports.

Final Verdict

Pearl is a former Special Agent who left on good terms for a break and has now returned with a clear goal: to revitalize investigative work within the department. We need active, experienced, and professional leaders who can mentor Junior Agents while maintaining the high standards of the DEA.

Pearl 'Raise' Sails is exactly that person.

Verdict: Strong +Support
