How this addon works:

• Players bet a set cash value
• The server generates a winner randomly using the percentages of each player
• If the server picks the player, they'll be given all the money in the pot and everyone else will get nothing

My next suggestion for headquarters is to not limit a player to 1 coinflip every annual deposit they make because it's a non reasonable limit. Either way you should make it a 3 coinflips per person feature that are up because then it's a higher risk, higher reward situation. And the economy between players floats around more.
