What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Changing the current player model for the Riot Response Team jobs.
- Adding more of a difference between appearance and identification between General Security Team and the more advance RRT members.
- Removes the confusion between duties and roles between the standard General Security Personnel and a member of the Riot Response Team.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Helps RRT stand out visually to other people and departments as the current does not.
- The models will allow for RRT to look more professional and official reflecting the effort that is put in to get the license.
- Will incite players to become more interested in RRT and becoming invested in a career with GenSec.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- RRT becoming less entuned with GenSec.
- RRT becoming more desired then other subdivisions with GenSec.
- Some GSD personnel might be intimidated by these tough standards, which may cause a loss in activity in the GSD.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- The Riot Response Team will become more desirable to join within the GenSec department as they are being made more difficult to join now that a more mature, professional, and active approach to the subdivision is being taken.
- RRT has always been unique and deserve a uniform that will help distinguish them from base General Security like other subclasses for other departments.
- Even a simple model change will increase activity for Riot Response Members as they will stand out more and be seen as more of something to work up to and become.
