Content Suggestion Give Combat Medics bodycams upon spawn

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Gives Combat Medics bodycams on spawn, like most other combatives.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Possibly, though maybe not this specific.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

• Less not being able to clip things because you forgot to re-get a bodycam after you died
• Makes sense for them to have them and be required to have them
  • Why would a combative not have them? ISD would not be happy.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

• None
  • Other than not having to "roleplay" getting one (interact with a dispenser every time you respawn)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is just a useful QoL change that doesn't impact RP, because nobody ever notices or interacts with you getting stuff from dispensers.

I thought most did. What's even the point, then? I can understand non-combatives not spawning with them, because they might not always need one, and they don't die frequently enough that they'd have to re-equip them very often, but combatives imo always need one so that if they're accused of e.g. killing a D-class unethically, or murdering someone, they can dispute it. Combatives also very frequently die at times like SCP breaches, so having to dispense one every single time is just a waste of time, and people are going to forget.

Just joined Nu7, so I can confirm that at least the Nu7 Operative job does not spawn with a bodycam.

I thought most did. What's even the point, then? I can understand non-combatives not spawning with them, because they might not always need one, and they don't die frequently enough that they'd have to re-equip them very often, but combatives imo always need one so that if they're accused of e.g. killing a D-class unethically, or murdering someone, they can dispute it. I firmly agree. It might be worth just going through which combatives spawn with a bodycam and reworking this suggestion into a general giving more combatives bodycams for these reasons.

Additionally, propose the following alternative, which isn't as desirable, but if giving more jobs bodycams on spawn is not desired, may be the only real compromise we get out of this - That being reducing the current bodycam dispenser cooldown by... I'd say half.

Again, not really as helpful as giving more combatives bodycams on spawn, but still better than nothing.

The dispenser cooldown isn't an issue, because I think it's only 1 minute, it's just the fact that during e.g. an SCP breach, you're going to have to either give up on having one, or re-equip one like 10 times because you keep dying to some reality bender insta-killing you or whatever.
